Team Check in information

Online Team Check-In (OCI) is an opportunity for your team to skip team check-in by completing the process online prior to the tournament. Your team will be able to check-in by sending scanned copies (PDFs) of your documents (roster, player cards, waivers, etc.) to us.  Once you have completed this, we will check your team in prior to the tournament so you don’t have to attend check-in in person! Referees will match player cards to the official roster at game time.

Please note, a player may only play on one team in the tournament

Teams will be required to provide the following:

  • A copy of your state certified roster

  • Player passes for all players participating

  • Medical releases for all players participating (these forms do not need to be notarized)

  • Guest player permits (if relevant)

  • Travel permit for all non-Kansas registered teams.
